A “Game Changer” For Tritec’s International Cooperation

Tritec’s administration office and production facilities operate 1500 kilometers apart. After going live with RamBase, the distance between Norway and Poland now feels like a few, short steps, says CFO Elisabeth Kverneland.

“It’s like sitting in the same room, right next to each other”, Kverneland says.

Tritec, working with engineering, development and production of steel constructions, went live with RamBase in 2018. After implementing the cloud-based ERP system, they have quickly learned the benefits of having a system that is tailored for companies working with production or in other advanced industries.

Here, predictability and accuracy are decisive factors. But you also need the ability to quickly turn around to handle the unforeseen. The RamBase software is built to ensure that every employee at Tritec, working with finance, drilling or welding, have everything they need to deliver the Tritec Experience: A promise to deliver the best possible customer experience.

“We have more control now and that’s very valuable. At the production site, we have control over working hours and the materials that we use. We know what we have, what we don’t have and when new materials are coming in. It’s also very comfortable to use when working at the factory. It does not take up unnecessary time, so we can focus more on the production,” hydraulics manager Adam Zakrzewski says.

The system is fantastic in the way that you just need an internet connection to be on it. It runs seamlessly, whether you are sitting in an airport, at the office, at a hotel or at home.

More information, more value

Bjørn Kverneland, CEO of Tritec Group, knows the many challenges of international cooperations inside and out. He states that RamBase has been a “game changer” for the company, located in Bryne on Norway’s west coast and just outside Slupsk in northern Poland.

The company aims to be a significant supplier of high-quality engineering and fabrication services to offshore, maritime and industrial businesses. To manage that and deliver on their promise, a system that makes information more available is a must-have, Kverneland says.

“Our main challenge is to connect everything from the market site in Norway to the production in Poland. To ensure that we have a good grip on our business, we need a good, solid system that lets us track everything. RamBase gives us a better overview of the production status from day to day. The system is fantastic in the way that you just need an internet connection to be on it. It runs seamlessly, whether you are sitting in an airport, at the office, at a hotel or at home. The implementing of RamBase is a game changer for us,” Tritec’s CEO says.

“If we compare to how it was before we started using RamBase, it’s a completely new world. It’s a very good tool for gathering information on both sites and we can check and track everything from Norway. When you can have all the information available, all you need to do is to ensure that the information you put into RamBase is correct. After getting comfortable working with the system, it’s not an option not to have it,” CFO Elisabeth Kverneland adds.
