Outlined support in the onboarding process

To secure a smooth knowledge transfer we differentiated the project support in the Onboarding process. For each implementation case the participation and project management responsibility shifts from RamBase to the Partner.

At the first implementation, the project responsibility lies on RamBase. We allow our partner to learn from us as we run the project. For the second implementation, we share the project responsibility with our partner and for the third case, the Partner is responsible for running the project. In this way, we allow our partners to learn from our experience and share our knowledge in a straightforward way.
